"How Much Xocai Chocolate Should I Consume a Day?"
The USDA recommendations are based on average weights of healthy people. Unfortunately, many people just aren't average in weight and health problems so you may want to take more than the recommended dosage. What is great about Xocai is that you can take more without being concerned about overdose because the products are all natural, have very low calories, and don't have sugar! Our Recommendations If you are just starting with Xocai and don't have major health issues, we recommend you start with 1-2 servings of the Activ per day. 1 in the morning and one at night. During lunch, you may want to suck on a delicious chocolate nugget! If your budget is tighter, you can leave out the nugget and still get over 8,000 ORAC with the two servings of Activ. If you have health problems like depression, low energy, diabetes, cancer, or other ailments and you want to see if Xocai will help, you may want to take a little more than the recommendations above. However, what is important is not so much the amount you take in a day as how consistent you are over a period of time. It will be more beneficial to you to take 2 servings of Activ or other chocolate products a day for a month than to take 4 servings per day for a week expecting huge results. As with most things in life, you have to put in the time and consistency before you get the big results. However, many people are experiencing very significant results after just 2-4 days and you can usually feel it working in your body after taking it the first time.
